Questions

What do I actually get back?

L
K

Two documents and a working list. The forensic report predicts how the panel will mark each criterion and why. The marked-up proposal is your own document with the rewrites in red, and a comment wherever we need a figure or a confirmation from you. On the bid itself, every finding sits with its marks at stake and a status until you close it.

Does BidReview write my bid?

L
K

No. It audits it. The rewrites in the marked-up proposal are proposals against specific findings, for you to accept, edit or reject. The tool that writes a bid should never be the tool that marks it.

What's the difference between AI Audit and Curated?

L
K

The engine does the same work in both. In a Curated Audit a bid specialist reads the tender and your proposal, corrects and extends what the engine found, writes their notes inside the findings, is available by phone and meeting while you fix it, and reads your revised draft before you submit. When the decision letter arrives, they test the buyer's reasons against your bid. And we won't curate a competing bid on the same tender.

Can I re-evaluate after I've made changes?

L
K

Yes, as often as you need before the deadline. The tender stays locked; the audit scores your revised response and tells you which findings closed and which didn't.

What if I get a low score?

L
K

That's the point. A low score before submission comes with findings you can close and a redlined document. A low score after submission comes in a decision letter, months later, with a fourteen-day standstill.

What happens when I win or lose?

L
K

Record the outcome on the bid. We compare the buyer's scores with what we predicted, on every bid, so your Performance page shows how you score by buyer and by sector and who beat you. Curated customers get the outcome audit and a draft response within the standstill; AI Audit customers can add it for the difference.

We tender all the time. Is there a volume option?

L
K

Buy audits in packs of three or ten; they never expire. If you're an agency or firm bidding for clients, talk to us about pricing across your pipeline.

We already use AI to write our bids. Why do we need BidReview?

L
K

Because the AI that wrote your bid will always tell you it's good. BidReview is built to mark it the way the buyer will, and to be critical.

We use a bid consultant. Do we still need this?

L
K

Would you ask your accountant to audit their own work? BidReview is the independent check on whether the submission will score, whoever wrote it. Agencies and firms run every client bid through it before it goes out.

What if my competitor uses BidReview too?

L
K

The engine is available to everyone and applies the same standard to every bid, as the evaluator does. Expert support is exclusive: one Curated client per tender, first come first served, checked when you run the audit.
