FAQ
What if I get a low score?
That’s the point. Better to know now and fix it than to find out in the debrief letter three months later. Every BidReview audit includes a recovery plan with specific, prioritised recommendations. A low score before submission is a gift. A low score after submission is a lost contract.
Can I upgrade from the Single Project?
Yes. If you buy a Single Project audit (€449) and love the result, you can upgrade to Founding Membership within 7 days and we will credit the €449 toward your annual fee.
We already use AI to write our bids. Why do we need BidReview?
Because the AI that wrote your bid will always tell you it’s good. That’s what it’s designed to do. BidReview is built to be critical — to identify the gaps, the vague commitments, and the generic language that cost marks in real evaluations. The tool that writes your bid should never be the tool that assesses it.
I rarely tender. Is the Membership worth it?
Yes. One single “Expert Review” costs €750. The Membership costs €750 but includes that review plus the Masterclass and 5 AI credits. Even if you only bid once a year, the Membership is mathematically superior to paying as you go.
We hire a bid consultant. Do we still need this?
Would you ask your accountant to audit their own work? A consultant has a professional interest in the bid being good. BidReview provides the independent check — the second pair of eyes that assesses whether the submission will actually score, regardless of who wrote it.
What if my competitor uses BidReview too?
The AI Engine is objective and available to everyone—it acts like the government evaluator, applying the same rigorous standard to all. However, the Expert Review (Manual Strategy) is exclusive. To prevent Conflict of Interest, we only accept one Expert Review client per specific tender. Founding Members get 48-hour priority access to lock in this support.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription is set to auto-renew annually to ensure you don’t lose access to your data or priority status. You will receive a notification email 30 days before your renewal date. If our membership pricing changes for the coming year, you will be informed in this email, and you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
