We’re delighted to announce that BidReview.ai has been shortlisted for the National Procurement Awards 2026, in the Procurement Technology Provider category.
For a young technology company focused on making the tendering process smarter, faster and more effective, being recognised alongside some of Ireland’s leading procurement teams, professionals and organisations is a significant milestone.
The National Procurement Awards 2026 recognise excellence across the full breadth of modern procurement in Ireland, including strategic sourcing, supplier and contract management, digital procurement, procurement transformation and sustainability. The programme also recognises the people and teams driving meaningful change across public, private and semi-state organisations.
According to the awards organisers, finalists have been selected following an independent judging process involving procurement professionals, supply chain specialists and industry leaders. The shortlist therefore represents more than simply a list of entrants: it reflects organisations and initiatives that have demonstrated genuine impact and innovation within Irish procurement.
That is what makes this recognition particularly meaningful to us.
Making better bids possible
BidReview.ai was built around a simple observation: organisations can spend enormous amounts of time and resources responding to tenders, yet the process of reviewing and improving a submission remains heavily dependent on manual assessment, experience and subjective judgement.
BidReview changes that.
The platform uses AI trained on thousands of real tender submissions to assess bids, identify weaknesses and predict how a submission is likely to perform. The aim isn't to replace the people who know a business, its proposition or its customers. It's to give them a better way to review the work before it goes in the door.
Since launching, BidReview has been building traction with organisations looking for a more intelligent approach to competitive tendering. The platform has now been trained on more than 5,000 submissions and has demonstrated 96% accuracy in predicting tender scores.
For businesses competing for contracts worth tens of thousands — or potentially millions — of euro, that insight can be extremely valuable.
“We built BidReview because we could see a huge gap between the importance of winning a tender and the tools businesses had available to help them do it. Being shortlisted for the National Procurement Awards is a fantastic validation of the problem we're trying to solve and the progress the team has made. We're still at the beginning, but it's a very encouraging milestone.”
— Tony Corrigan, Founder, BidReview.ai
Why we're honoured
The breadth of this year's shortlist is one of the things that makes the recognition especially significant.
The National Procurement Awards aren't focused solely on technology. They recognise procurement innovation, operational efficiency, leadership, collaboration, sustainability and measurable impact across organisations of different sizes and sectors.
That makes being shortlisted particularly relevant to what we're trying to achieve with BidReview.
We believe technology should not simply make procurement more automated. It should make it better — helping organisations make stronger decisions, improve their processes and ultimately achieve better outcomes.
The fact that BidReview has been recognised within a programme celebrating the advancement of Irish procurement is something we're genuinely proud of.
And, importantly, we see this as recognition of the problem being tackled by the entire BidReview team, as well as the businesses and procurement professionals who have helped shape the product through their experience and feedback.
The next chapter
The winners of the National Procurement Awards 2026 will be announced at the awards ceremony on 22 October at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, bringing together procurement professionals and organisations from across Ireland.
We're looking forward to being there.
For now, we're incredibly proud to be on the shortlist and grateful to the judges and the National Procurement Awards team for recognising what we're building.
